Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted designs, files, texts, logos, and materials do not violate copyright, trademark, or legal regulations.
Pinnacle Media will not be held liable for any legal issues arising from client-provided content.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Orders already under production may not be canceled.
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable once production has started.

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, documents, and materials of Pinnacle Media remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated.
